Payments & Cancellations Policies

from 1/4 to 13/6 & from 21/9 to 31/10

Flexible Payment Policy

  • A 20% deposit payment is required.
  • The remaining amount due must be paid at least 30 days or less before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations from 29 days up to 14 days  before the arrival date will be charged with 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations up to 14 days or less before the arrival date will be charged with 100% of the total amount.
  • In case of non-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • In case of force-majeure or in case of travel restrictions issued by governments for the general population (e.g. COVID travel restrictions), cancellations up to 2 days before arrival will be fully refunded. This policy does not apply in case the restrictions refer to unvaccinated travelers and the guests are not vaccinated, or their vaccination certificate has expired.

Strict Payment Policy

  • A 20% deposit payment is required.
  • The rest of the amount will be paid at least 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations from 59 days up to 30 days  before the arrival date will be charged with 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations up to 29 days or less before the arrival date will be charged with 100% of the total amount.
  • In case of non-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
