Everything was perfect! we meet the owner in the village close to the villa and show us all about we need. The quality of the villa is very good, perfect view and sandy beach.

Develkia Private Villa is a really gorgeous place in a spectacular location! The house is tastefully furnished and decorated in a typical Mediterranean style. It is very well equipped with everything a group would need. There is a magnificent sea view and direct access to the most beautiful and sandy beach in the area.

It is hard to describe in pictures the beauty of this place: the mountains near the sea, the beach with white sand and turquoise water and the feeling of peace while watching the landscape from the terrace of the house made in greek style. It is that kind of place where time stops and you want to stay forever. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed every day spent at Develikia Private Villa-1. I highly recommend it for everyone who wants to have a private and relaxing holiday with family and friends.

We had the most wonderful, peaceful and relaxing vacation at Develikia Private Vilas! We wanted to simply stay there forever 🙂 It is that good! It is like a little paradise: beautiful beach, crystal clear water, peaceful nature, comfortable villa with all amenities needed, nicely furnished and decorated with an easy and convenient access to a gorgeous private beach... What else could you ask for?! And the panoramic views on the way to the villas are breathtaking! Many thanks to our host, who made sure we are feeling comfortable and we have everything we need. Unforgettable! This was our most perfect vacation. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The villa's interior was in gorgeous Mediterranean style, super clean and it had absolutely everything you need for an extended stay.
Outside the lawn was very well maintained, the beach is stunning and so is the sea. You have to experience it to believe it. Highly recommended. We're already planning to go back there next year. Thank you
