This is one of the nicest places I have stayed in. Amazing villa in a great location with the sound of the waves as a backdrop throughout the day and night. Everything was taken care of from the smallest to the largest detail. The villa is spacious and stocked full of everything we needed for a family vacation with babies, kids, and adults... The host, Kostas, was welcoming and helped with any question/detail we needed.

Wow. Amazing Villa, secluded, on a private sandy beach. Absolutely amazing. The villa has everything you need for your stay and our host went above and beyond to make sure we have it all with a very generous welcoming pack. Communication was really easy and and the hospitality of our host was heartwarming. Could not be better.

The most beautiful 2 weeks I have ever spent in Greece and at this amazing place. In all honesty I had tears in my eyes the last night before my depart. Wonderful hosts and generous beyond expectations. The private beach is a gift. Every day waking up with the sound of the waves, birds, sun, a breeze… I really miss it and would love to go back, even live there if possible. That’s how much I loved it. Recommended 150%

Nikos (Villa-3) was an amazing host & made everything very easy & stress-free for us. Love the story behind the homes, and the location was perfect. Stergios (Villa-2) was also kind to cook us fresh fish. They went above and beyond to accomodate us, fresh fruit and a stocked fridge upon arrival and had the sheets changed. Fresh towels every morning! If you are looking to unplug from society it is perfect. Overall we had an amazing  time and would not have wanted to stay anywhere else!

We were eleven people from three generations in the largest of the three villas (Villa-1) and are still raving about these holidays in paradise! Incredible views, a gorgeous sandy beach and a home to spoil you... Tastefully furnished, lovingly down to the last detail. Everything is correct. Kostas was a very helpful host and the hardworking staff made our  stay perfect. We can only say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

A little slice of paradise. This was the most relaxing vacation we had in a while. The villa was perfectly situated right on the beach. You have everything you may need to enjoy your time.... The host was wonderful he was always available if we needed anything ... The villa itself is decorated in the most beautiful Mediterranean style every detail has been paid attention to. It’s a quiet family style spot that we hope to return to next year!

We had the most wonderful, peaceful and relaxing vacation at Develikia Private Vilas! We wanted to simply stay there forever 🙂 It is that good! It is like a little paradise: beautiful beach, crystal clear water, peaceful nature, comfortable villa with all amenities needed, nicely furnished and decorated with an easy and convenient access to a gorgeous private beach... What else could you ask for?! And the panoramic views on the way to the villas are breathtaking! Many thanks to our host, who made sure we are feeling comfortable and we have everything we need. We came back a week ago and we are already looking forward to our next vacation in paradise!

Unforgettable! This was our most perfect vacation. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The villa's interior was in gorgeous Mediterranean style, super clean and it had absolutely everything you need for an extended stay.
Outside the lawn was very well maintained, the beach is stunning and so is the sea. You have to experience it to believe it. Highly recommended. We're already planning to go back there next year. Thank you
